Roman Day was a huge success for Year 4 on Wednesday. The children got a taste of Roman life through a series of creative activities. They even prepared for battle in a traditional formation!
Mrs Gilchrist said, ‘We spent the day learning about Roman numerals, retold the story of Romulus and Remus and our afternoon was filled with fun activities such as creating mosaic and learning formations for our Roman Army!’
