Pupils & Staff Take Part In Collective Act of Remembrance

Last week, as part of their Remembrance Assembly, pupils had the opportunity to add their own personal touch to a collective art piece as a small act of remembrance.

They created their own poppies and placed them on the piece, one by one – a beautiful way to honour the memory of those who have fallen.

Thank you to our School Chaplain, Miss Timms, for this wonderfully-curated service, to Mr Collins for the sensitive piano accompaniment, and to Mrs Reavill for creating the stunning backdrop.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
