Physical Wellbeing

There has been plenty of great sporting activities going on across the School.

This week’s physical wellbeing activities focused on health-related fitness with children working hard on their balance, coordination and agility.

It’s also great to see the other physical activities that have been going on including backyard cricket, lots of cycle rides, running, climbing, dancing, skipping, tennis and much more. Make sure you continue to get outside, enjoy the weather and stay active. It really makes you feel better – especially after a long day looking at a screen!
