What is your favourite Mr Men character? Library Club have been expanding the range of Mr Men and Little Miss by creating our very own characters. We are now writing and illustrating our own books to add to the library – we are authors! We loved exploring the history of the series and finding out about Roger Hargreaves.
This term we have been busy with books: we made funky bookmarks, found out about Julia Donaldson and the books she has written and created our own mini-books. We enjoyed the ‘Aliens Love Underpants’ series and made some rather eye-catching bespoke underpants bunting!
We have also made a Library Club quiz wall for Pre-Prep to solve – can you match up the gingerbread characters with their books in the picture below?
