On Wednesday this week was the Leavers Barbecue. I was very worried about the weather but we were extremely lucky as the rain stopped and the sun came out just on time for us to enjoy a wonderful moment with all the regular boarders who had joined us for the occasion.
We all enjoyed a fantastic barbecue on the playground thanks to the catering and the maintenance teams. Children also learned how to play Molkky, a Finnish pin game, and had a really good time. Finally, Year 8s were awarded some certificates and we also celebrated Miss Rhodes’ time with us at Eyre House.
