Unusual animals visit the Boarding House!

⭐️ Star Boarders

Our Star Boarders this week are Ellenna and Isaac. As seniors, they set a good example for all the other boarders, especially the younger ones. Some of the highlights of my week as Head of Boarding were witnessing Isaac, one of the senior choristers and mentors, look after Rupert, his junior. Ellenna showed the same kind of kindness to Beth and Hannah. It was lovely to see and is the perfect representation of what boarding is all about – a second family in a home away from home. Well done, both.

A big thank-you to Mark from our catering team!

On Wednesday, Mark, from our wonderful catering team, treated our boarders once again by bringing his “unusual” pets at school. This time, he also brought a couple of kittens which quickly became one of the best attractions of the evening. Thank you Mark.

Mark is a lovely and caring chef who has been looking after the boarders and boarding team every evening for years. On Thursday, with the help of his team, he prepared a delicious meal that made all the children (and staff) very happy. Again, Mark, thank you for everything that you do for us.

Have a lovely half term break everyone, and good luck Year 8s who are going to be revising for the mocks.
