The Reception classes visited the National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth as part of their learning about Pirates and Mermaids.
They met Marina the mermaid who enchanted them with stories of the deep and introduced them to many of her ‘fishy’ friends. Marina was very impressed with how much knowledge the children brought to this session and I think she may have learnt some new facts from us too!
The children loved exploring the Aquarium and were wonderful ambassadors for ECS.
