FECS Letter 23rd November
The FECS Christmas Fayre was yet another huge success this year raising approximately £2200. It was a wonderful day and with such a fantastic and relaxed family feel to it. Father Christmas was very busy meeting all the children, the craft room was full of busy children creating lots of festive items as the gym which was busting with fun. We also gathered to bless the the Chantry playground improvements and sang some Christmas carols to get us all in the spirit of Christmas. Thank you to everyone who attended and to all those that donated and worked so hard to make it such a wonderful day! A huge thank you also to Northwood Estate Agents, Specsavers Exeter, City Vets and MB Electrical for providing some sponsorship for the event.
The Christmas Fayre was quickly followed by our general meeting on Wednesday where we approved the purchase of two visualizers for the English department which will also be used by other departments and help vastly with lessons. It was also agreed that we would work towards installing the scooter shelter in Hall House during February half term having it ready for the summer.
